Where are the products located and shipped from?

All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia. The location of our warehouses can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.

Why does the portable ice bath have a smell?

Can I use the portable ice bath with hot water?

Yes, the portable bath is suitable for all seasons. You can take a hot bath in winter and a cool bath in summer.


Will the portable tyre inflator automatically stop? 

The portable inflator has a one-key start and auto-stop inflation feature, which allows you to set a target pressure value for inflating your tyres with just a single press of a button. Once the preset pressure value is reached when inflating, the device automatically stops pumping air, preventing overinflation.


How long will the portable tyre inflator take to inflate tyres?

It is estimated that the portable inflator can inflate four 175" tyres at 2.5 bar in approximately 25 minutes consecutively. However, please note that the above estimation is measured by the Baseus laboratory, and the actual usage may vary slightly depending on specific circumstances.


What are the parameters of the portable tyre inflator for pumping different things?

The parameters for pumping sedan tyres in car mode are 2.5 bar by default, with an adjustable range of 2.3 - 3.0 bar. The parameters for pumping motorcycle tyres in motorcycle mode are 2.4 bar by default, with an adjustable range of 1.8 - 2.8 bar. The parameters for pumping bike tyres in bike mode are 45 PSI by default, with an adjustable range of 30 - 50 PSI. The parameters for pumping a ball in ball mode are 8 PSI by default, with an adjustable range of 7 - 9 PSI.


How much weight can the ergonomic kneeling chair hold?
